As a Project Superintendent at Gant Industries, Jim Burns takes a full-time, hands-on approach to project management, staying on-site from the very start of construction to the project’s final completion. His primary responsibility is ensuring smooth on-site trade coordination, where he manages the day-to-day operations and ensures that each trade works in sync to meet the project’s objectives. Jim is also deeply involved in the preconstruction phase, familiarizing himself with the development and details of construction documents to anticipate and address any potential challenges.
