Project Overview

Gant Industries partnered with HCA Healthcare and Gresham Smith to execute a large-scale renovation and expansion project. The scope of work included the ground-up construction of a new central plant, as well as significant renovations to key areas of the hospital, including operating rooms and other critical spaces. This project was designed to modernize the hospital’s infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the quality of care delivered to patients.

Scope of Work

The project involved the construction of a new central plant to provide the hospital with improved power, heating, and cooling systems necessary for its round-the-clock operations. Additionally, extensive renovations were carried out in the operating rooms and other vital areas of the hospital.   Barry, serving as a subcontractor, led the team responsible for the concrete work, which was essential to the successful foundation and structure of the new central plant.
