Project Overview
Gant Industries was selected for the new construction of a commercial office building and warehouse for Diffco LLC. This project involved the ground-up development of a 10-acre site, incorporating a wide range of construction elements, including a detention pond, site drainage, paving, and the construction of an 18,000-square-foot office building and a 7,000-square-foot warehouse. Additionally, the project included the installation of over 1,800 linear feet of fencingcomplete with an automatic gate and openers for enhanced security and access control.
Scope of Work
The scope of this project was extensive, covering the full spectrum of civil and structural development. Gant Industries was responsible for preparing the site through comprehensive grading, drainage, and paving work, ensuring the land was optimized for the construction of the new office and warehouse facilities.
