GANT Industries was selected for the new construction of a commercial office building and warehouse for Diffco LLC. This project involved the ground-up development of a 10-acre site, incorporating a wide range of construction elements, including a detention pond, site drainage, paving, and the construction of an 18,000-square-foot office building and a 7,000-square-foot warehouse. Additionally, the project included the installation of over 1,800 linear feet of fencingcomplete with an automatic gate and openers for enhanced security and access control.
